Cancellation & Returns Policy

This policy governs the cancellation of applications and the refund of application fees paid through the SACON Recruitment & Placement Cell portal.
Important: Application fees are generally non-refundable. Please read the conditions below carefully before making a payment.
1. Application Cancellation
- Once an application is submitted and the fee is paid, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn by the applicant.
- Applicants are advised to verify all details carefully before final submission.
- SACON reserves the right to cancel any application found to contain false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the recruitment process.
2. Non-Refundable Fee
The application fee is non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- Voluntary withdrawal of application by the applicant
- Disqualification due to ineligibility or submission of incorrect information
- Non-appearance for the written test or interview
- Cancellation of the recruitment drive by SACON due to administrative reasons
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund will be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: If the applicant has been charged more than once for the same application due to a technical error.
- Payment debited but application not registered: If the fee was deducted from your account but the application was not recorded in our system due to a gateway or server failure.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Requests must be emailed to sacon@sacon.in with the subject line "Refund Request – [Transaction ID]", along with proof of payment (screenshot/bank statement).
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
- SACON is not responsible for delays caused by the applicant's bank or payment gateway.
5. No Physical Goods or Returns
This portal is a digital recruitment service. No physical goods are sold or dispatched. Therefore, no returns policy for physical items applies.
